On January 1, 2010 the Battlement Mesa Metropolitan District contracted with the Battlement Mesa Service Association to assume the day to day management of the Association.
The management duties include the following:
Interacting with community members to assist with questions, requests, service complaints or covenant issues.
Manage the administrative and financial operations of the BMSA, including the billing and collection of assessments, payment of expenses, preparing financial statements, preparing and monitoring the annual budget and completing the annual audit.
Administer maintenance contracts for common areas, parks, fences and trails, etc. as well as administer the annual trash contract.
Arrange the BMSA annual meeting and regular monthly meetings. In addition arrange the annual village meetings.
